Nothing was any trouble for anyone from the moment we were greeted at reception. That makes for a very relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. Because of your hospitality and very friendly staff - we have all decided that a break in the Palace Hotel will now become an annual event. The full staff compliment were fabulous at check-in where the secrecy was most important were able to book us in with ease, the room service from Stevie was first class and Gordon and Helen were so helpful with their photographic skills ensuring our full party were taken into the photos. The Palace can be very proud of their staff and any of your management leaders should be fully aware of how well the hotel is represented by you all. Thank you once again from us all. Feb 2006 - "Recently spent a wonderful weekend in The Best Western Palace Hotel and Spa, 15 minutes drive from the airport the hotel was set in a perfect location overlooking the River Ness a short walk brought you to the shopping area full of many traditional and modern shops. The hotel itself sells itself short as 3 star, I was amazed at the bedrooms, large king size bed. Loads of storage space and up to datefacilities. Having a cup of coffee at the table and chairs situated at the bay window area overlooking the river and the castle was extremely relaxing
We had selected the "all inclusive" and my goodness what a deal, following a meal with plenty choice a walk up the town was just perfect. I loved Inverness because you feel so safe and the people are so friendly. Waking up the next morning thought it better to check out the spa before breakfast!!! Whow heated pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and a gym with everything for the kids to the mid forties like us! As for the staff by the end of the weekend we were on first name terms nothing was a bother to them, things were getting done without you realising it. I would recommend Inverness to anyone it is a wonderful ,wonderful place and The Best Western Palace Hotel and Spa was a great find 10 out of 10 or maybe I should keep that quiet !!! Everyone might want to go!!!!"
