• Evening - choose from informal dining in the Brasserie with a selection of dishes you'll enjoy anytime.  Or choose Sovereigns for delicious local produce offering a daily 3-course Table D'Hote or A'la Carte menu.  They are varied menus with light dishes to a full meal.  Sovereigns is period in style but very comfortable for a relaxing dinner for two overlooking the Castle.  

• About the Palace Brasserie & Lounge - it's modern relaxation in a period environment.  Unwind in stylish surroundings with the teak and oatmeal leather tub chairs, luxurious Cranberry Kirkby House fabric sofas to sink into and sparkling custom designed Spanish Chandeliers.  The European wooden floors are inlaid with a luxurious modern Wilton carpet for a little colour.  Then in the evening enjoy a chilled glass of wine in these comfortable surroundings and watch the sun go down over the River Ness.
