DINING

Sovereigns Restaurant is open for the sumptuous hot and cold Scottish breakfast buffet to get you going in the morning.  Then again in the evening for delicious Scottish cuisine served from 6-9pm, there is something for everyone.  You can also enjoy a light snack throughout the day in the Brasserie or an informal Brasserie meal in the evening.

The Palace Brasserie & Lounge area is the ideal place to relax after a day in Inverness.  In the summer months you will usually find Scottish entertainment to keep your toes tapping just ask at reception when you arrive.
