More New Bedrooms - 24 Bedrooms restyled with luxurious fabrics from Wools to heavy Damask Curtains - warm tones and sumptuous paint colours using Farrow & Ball paints - Rectory Red to gentle Stone White - really stunning additions to the traditional style rooms in the hotel. Plus bathrooms are being tackled which is never an easy feet in an old building. New additions include Granite Marble tops - extra large showers and lovely tiles. (April 08)
NEW: On-line Booking Engine so you can now book all the packages as well as get the best offers for the Palace Hotel & Spa, Inverness online! It is easy to use and hopefully will make booking rooms at the Palace much easier (Aug 07)
48 New Bedrooms
You can now enjoy one of the further 48 bedrooms that have been newly restyled here at the Inverness Palace. With new luxury Brintons caramel carpets soft under foot, new beds from Blindcraft, new furniture from Dovetail Dundee and stunning Soft Furnishings from Panaz carefully stitched by Remnant Kings Glasgow you will enjoy a modern contemporary bedroom with a subtle colour pallet. Colour schemes included Burgandy and Golds, rich Reds and Golds and also a more city trendy Olive and Gold selection. With more 140 cushions all different colours work was completed in April 07.
New TV System, Sky TV in Bedrooms & Sky Sports - making sure you feel at home whilst you are at the Palace is very important. So this year the TV system has been upgraded with more Freeview channels in all rooms plus 2 Sky TV Channels. Sky Sports is also now available in the Brasserie so you don't need to miss the sporting action whilst you are away from home! (Mar 07) Coming soon LCD TVs.
New Kitchen - an essential improvement was made which has kept the Chef happy with a new Altro flooring, new super strong extraction, new gas work and hot plates and lots of new kitchen equipment the Chef is now trialling lots of new receipes. (Feb 07)
